    To ensure fair and accurate shipping costs for every customer, we do not calculate shipping at checkout. Instead, we take time to carefully package your order and determine the most cost-effective shipping method based on your location and product weight.

    Here’s how it works:

    After you place your order, we’ll calculate shipping manually.

    A separate invoice for shipping will be sent to your email within 72 hours.

    No products will be shipped until the shipping invoice is paid in full.

    We understand that shipping costs can be frustrating — that’s why we go the extra mile to keep them as low as possible. By handling shipping manually, we can avoid inflated rates and pass those savings on to you.

    Once we have calculated shipping, we will email you a pay link for the calculated shipping costs. Once that has been paid, your order will be shipped within 24 hours. We will send you the tracking information.

    Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order with care and integrity.

  • Packaging

    We prioritize sustainability in our shipping. Your products will arrive safely packed in recycled boxes that are clean and sturdy. To reduce waste, these boxes often display original logos or markings from other manufacturers, giving them a second life while ensuring your product's secure journey.

    With that in mind, please ensure to recycle the box you receive your items in at your local Recyling center.

  • Returns

    Thank you for supporting our small business! Each item we offer is crafted and fulfilled with care.

    Due to the fact that these items are Vintage & are ‘new old stock’, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds at this time.

    We encourage customers to review product details carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions regarding sizing or materials.

    Please note that due to the age of some items some may show wear & / or color inconsistencies.

    Please reach out to us prior to placing your order if you have any questions. We’re happy to help ensure you’re confident in your selection.

    Damaged or incorrect items:
    All items are inspected before shipping to ensure they are free from damage. Due to age, some glue joints may break free during shipping. If this occurs, the item can be made new again with some glue (not provided).

    If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work with you to make it right.
